Kylie Willoughby, Business Analyst at B&D Industries, spoke about her employer’s use of technology to transform their work order process.

“So many factors come into play on any given day that even your best technicians can sometimes skip a step,” Willoughby said. “We are currently using Field Service forms to ensure we are not missing any steps. These forms can be assigned by call type, location or serviceable item and may require that the work order cannot be closed until all forms have been submitted to ensure full coverage.”
